Every morning during distance learning, a video with the day's lesson and instructions was posted on Class Dojo. Each week had a new theme, such as dinosaur week and planet Earth week. Included in the daily videos was the "question of the day."
Subsequent posts for the day including downloadable worksheets, arts and crafts projects, story time videos, demonstration videos (such as science experiments), preschool-level instructional videos, and music and movement videos were posted on Class Dojo for the parents and children to use at their discretion. All activities and lessons pertained to the theme of the week. Photos of children completing the activities were shared with Ms. Sue and Ms. Nancy.
The preschool students met as a whole group once a week for a Zoom class to socialize, and individual calls between teachers and students were arranged once a week for those who desired that type of visit.
