Classroom Information

Welcome to third/fourth grade with Ms. Harris! Although the classroom looks a little different this year, we have been blessed to enjoy in-person learning this entire school year. Students adhere to safety protocols such as wearing masks all day, keeping 6 feet apart, and using their own materials. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are readily available for student use throughout the day.

Though they belong to the same homeroom, third and fourth grade students receive separate math and reading instruction. Both grades utilize their one-to-one Chromebooks for educational programs such as IXL and myON for further individualized practice.

The third/fourth grade class used Google Classroom as a means of daily communication during distance learning. Lessons were posted every morning, and students participated in synchronous work throughout the day. The third and fourth grade students have displayed incredible resilience and dedication during this year that is like no other!
